Booking a party with le petit playhouse you will have exclusive access to our role play cafe. We can tailor the party to your needs offering three different packages. 

 

Package One - Weekend Party £325*

Saturday  -   11.00am-1.00pm or 1.30pm - 3.30pm 

Sunday - 11.30am - 1.30pm

We charge £325 for exclusive hire for 2 hours and a capacity of 30 children. Price includes a picnic lunch for 20 children, we charge an additional £4.50 per child thereafter. Your party is broken up into 1hour and 30minutes in the 'playhouse' and 30 minutes for party food and cake celebrations.

Package Two - Weekday Party £325* 

Monday - Friday - 1.15pm-3.15pm

For our weekday package you can choose from any of the dates and time slots above for exclusive hire of our 'playhouse' for £325 for a duration of 2 hours. This price includes a picnic lunch for 20 children, we charge an additional £4.50per child thereafter. Our capacity is 30 children.

Package Three - Session Party £15 per child. 

Monday to Friday -   9.15-10.45   |   11.15-12.45   |   1.15-2.45  

Saturday & Sunday - 9.30am only and dependant on private hire (email for availability)

This is a perfect option for little ones. You will be allocated a mini area for your own little party during one of our play sessions. A picnic lunch and fruit shoot is included in your package for up to 1.5hrs of play. You are welcome to decorate your table and bring along a cake and candles to wish your little one happy birthday. Minimum of 4 children, maximum of 10. A £25 non refundable deposit is due to secure your date and time slot. Please note this is not a private hire and will be during a daily play session.

Package four - Arts and crafts Party £22.50 per child.

Our arts and crafts room is perfect for a party for up to 12 or a catch up with friends. If you are looking for something different then this is the perfect package for you. We can offer a variety of activities to suit your needs from Canvas painting, slime party and ceramic painting. We need at least 2 weeks notice prior to your desired booking slot to prep. £20.00 per child includes your chosen activity, a picnic lunch and playhouse entry. Please note this is during a public session.

We do not offer adult catering. However, our café is open to purchase food and drinks.

We have a maximum capacity of 100 people (children & adults)

Please note we do not offer balloons, decorations and birthday cakes. If you are setting up decorations you can do so by popping by 10minutes before your allocated party booking. If you are hiring an events company we can make arrangements for them to set up earlier depending on our bookings.

If you wish to make a party booking we ask for a £50 deposit to secure your date and time slot. Deposits are due 72 hours of receiving confirmation of your date, as we are unable to hold reservations. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your party.

 

Private hire parties are a duration of 2 hours, please note this does include set up and down time.
